Absenteeism

Should the school be required to create an Export file for Student Absenteeism which differs from the Standard Export this page is used. The user has the option to create Export Files with different Separators etc.

Steps:

 

·     Select from Date.

·     Select to Date.

·     Select separator. Needs to be a (|)

·     Check Exclude Header.

·     Select Date Format. Needs to be (yyyyMMdd)

 

Check Quote Strings with Separators.

    

Click the “Process” button.

·    

Save (Download) the file and Send to the Department.
