Add Achievements

 

The Achievement Type is a Required field ().  The user selects the Achievement Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Achievement Types will be displayed. Should the user not Select an Achievement Type and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Select the applicable Achievement Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Achievement Type it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Achievement Types Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Achievement Types).

 

 

The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Achievement Type. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

 

The External Code is a Free-Field Code that allows Unique Identification when comparing this collection of records to another collection.

Primarily used for Import or Export.

The External Code is not required

Should the Achievement be displayed on the Guardian Portal this option should be selected by Left Clicking on the Check box.

 

When all information has been entered the Achievement Type is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
