Add Conduct Actions

The Conduct Level  is a Required field ().  The user selects the Conduct Level by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Conduct Levels will be displayed. Should the user not Select a Conduct Level and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Select the applicable Conduct Level by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Conduct Level it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Conduct Level Page will be displayed (Refer to  Add Conduct Levels).

The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Action. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Note:

This information is used when entering  Conduct information on the Student Profile.

The External Code is a Free-Field Code that allows Unique Identification when comparing this collection of records to another collection.

Primarily used for Import or Export.

The External Code is not required

 

When all information has been entered the Conduct Level   is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
