The Display Name is a Required field (). The user needs to enter a Description for the Phase. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
The user can enter a Position number (numeric value) for the Phase (This is not a Compulsory field) or make use of the Increase / Decreasebutton () to enter a position number. This position number will be used when Phase related information is processed to determine the order of processing.
When all information has been entered the Phase is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
