Student

1. Student
The Student Name is a Required field ().  The user selects the Student Name by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Student Names will be displayed.
 
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Student by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user not enter a Student Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Incident Type

2. Incident Type
 
The Incident Type is a Required field (). The user selects the Incident Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Incident Type will be displayed.
 
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Incident Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user not enter a Incident Type and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

3. Incident Date
 
Enter the Date for the Incident. Make use of the Date Picker to do this. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

Maternity Leave From

4. Maternity Leave From
 
Enter the Start Date for the Maternity Leave. Make use of the Date Picker to do this. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

Enter the End Date for the Maternity Leave. Make use of the Date Picker to do this. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

Comment

6. Comment
 
The User can add any applicable comments.

Save / Cancel

7. Save / Cancel
 
When all information has been entered the Student Incident is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
