Vulnerability Category

1. Vulnerability Category
The Vulnerability Category is a Required field ().  The user selects the Vulnerability Category by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Vulnerability Categories will be displayed.
 
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Vulnerability Category by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter new a Vulnerability Category it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Vulnerability Category Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Vulnerability Category). Should the user not enter a Vulnerability Category and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Display Name

2. Display Name
 
The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Vulnerability Category. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Official Code

3. Official Code
 
The Official Code for the Vulnerability Category is the Code that is supplied by the Department of Education. This is not a Compulsory field.

Show Alert

4. Show Alert
 
When this Check Box is Checked, by Left Clicking on it, it indicates that this is a major vulnerability category.

External Code

5. External Code
The External Code is a Free-Field Code that allows Unique Identification when comparing this collection of records to another collection.
Primarily used for Import or Export.
The External Code is not required

Save / Cancel

6. Save / Cancel
 
When all information has been entered the Vulnerability is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
