Note: This Module is not automatically enabled. To enable this module the school needs to contact the Helpdesk and schedule an appointment for a TeamViewer Training Session. Once the training session has been completed the Module will be enabled.
 
Roles:  System, Administrator, Management, Alumni
 
Alumni Module has the following functionality:
 
·     Promote Student to Alumni;
·     Keep Contact Details up to date;
·     Email;
·     SMS;
·     Variable Groups;
·     Query Lists for Reporting and Mail Merge.
 
 
 
Steps to Promote Student to Alumni
 
a)     Navigate to Student Profile
 
Home > Administration > Student Profile
 
b)    
Click “Edit Button”
 
c)     Click the “Alumni Checkbox” to Promote Student to Alumni.
d)     Click the “Save Button”.
e)     Student will now be available on the Alumni Profile.

Home > Services > Send SMS
 
 
 
Email and SMS Address Book has a TAB for the Alumni
