Select the desired Subject Grade from the available list.

Select the desired Student Class from the available list.

Select the desired Class Group from the available list.

Select the desired Cycle from the available items in the list to portray which Cycle's Marks are to be Viewed/Altered/Entered/Deleted.

Left-Click the Checkbox icon to display only Subjects which have a status of Active.

By Left-Clicking in a cell - values may be added to reflect the Learner's actual score per Assessment per Cycle.

NOTE: If a learner is absent - no value may exist inside the cell, including the number Zero (0). A Null value will indicate an absenteeism and the results calculated accordingly.
