Each Cycle may be expanded by Left-Clicking the expansion icon. The expanded view portrays more information pertaining to that record.

Assessment Abbreviation, Type and Maximum Score Value are displayed to assist in Mark Input.

By Left-Clicking in a cell - values may be added to reflect the Learner's actual score per Assessment per Cycle.
 
NOTE: If a learner is absent - no value may exist inside the cell, including the number Zero (0). A Null value will indicate an absenteeism and the results calculated accordingly.

When all marks have been captured entered the Marks are Saved by Left Clicking on the Save Changes Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Changes Button ().
