Note: Ensure that all Compulsory fields (*) contain the correct information. Go through each tab
and capture information for all the fields. It is to the benefit of the school if all the details are
completed.

Nationality

1. Nationality
 
Although the I.D. Number field on the Nationality Tab is not a compulsory, ensure that the I.D. number is filled in correctly with no spaces. It must be a full 13 digit I.D. If the I.D. is not available rather leave the field BLANK.

Appointment

2. Appointment
 
An Appointment Record must be added for each Educator. The following information is captured on this tab:
 
 
 
Note: The From Date is the date that this particular staff member started at the school. The only time that
this date would be changed is when a staff member is moved to a higher level e.g. an Educator to
a HOD or Deputy to a Principal.

Association

3. Association
 
An Association Record must be added for each Educator. The following information is captured on this tab:
 
 
The Association could typically be the Department of Education.
 
A Member Number must be captured for each Educator.
 
 
Note: The Educator's PERSAL number must be captured as the Member Number under the Association DoE.
 
 
Note: The Educator's SACE number must be captured as the Member Number under the Association SACE.
