1. Enterprise Edition Export Feature to Create Customized Reports
A  Export feature has been added to allow clients to use the current views on the grids and Export the view to a PDF Report. This report has Paging and Headers.
The Example that will be used is the Student Profile:
 
Steps:
 
    
a)     Navigate to:
 
Home > Administration > Student Profile
 
 
b)     Create a View or use an existing View.
 
 
c)     Select the Export button.
d)     Select the Report Menu option.
 
 
e)     PDF Report will be downloaded.
f)     Select the Open With check box.
g)     Select the Ok button.
 
 
h)     Report will be opened within your browser. As can be seen below.
i)     Please note that the download and open of PDF files via a Browser differs from browser to browser. In the Example Mozilla Firefox is used.
 
 
 
The Report Export option has settings to be aware off.
 
·     Landscape – Switch page layout from Landscape to Portrait.
·     Grouping.
·     Repeat Group Headers – Prints the group header on every page.
·     Keep Together – Reports tries to keep all data in same group on a page.
·     Page Break on Groups – Creates a new page after every group.
 
 
Below is an Example of a Grouped Report.
 
·     The Report is now Portrait
·     The Group for a Grade and Class will start printing on a new page after each group.
