For setting up Filtering of General  Records, Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

 For this Example a filter was created to display the Absent Count, Conduct Count and Penalty Count for Grade 4, Class 4J.The selected information above was exported to Excel and a count was done on Absenteeism, Conduct and Penalty.
