Left-Click the expansion Icon to display additional information pertaining to the corresponding record.

Left-Click the Edit Icon to alter the record's information.

Left-Click the New Button to add a record.
 
The Following Dialogue will appear.
The Portal User selected may now have Learner\Student Profiles Linked to their account:
Enabling interactive features.
