Media Usage Log

The user may enter the Serial Number of the item to be interrogated either by Typing the Serial Number with the Keyboard or by using a Barcode Scanner and scanning the barcode on the item. The Serial Number Text Box must be set to focus (the User must Left Click once inside the text box to set is as the active control)

The Book Details Panel will display the Item's particular details.

Refer to the General Toolbar Module

The grid will show all Students and or Staff which have a history with the chosen Item (See Part 1).

The user may sort and or filter the records as required and use the General Toolbar to perform desired functions.

A Cell Phone can be used for scanning Media for the Stock Take.
