 Register Netcash Account (Netcash Lead)
This screen allows the creation of a Lead with Netcash, streamlining the process of linking the schools account for automated transactions.
Note: This screen can be used to track the current status of the Lead and monitor the progress on the Netcash side.
Navigate to:
Home > Accounting > Banking > Register Netcash Account
Steps:
a) Account Reference will be generated. This is used for the Status Check etc.
b) Complete the form. Alternative data like Addresses and Contacts will be used from the School Information page.
c) Click the Save button.
d) Click the Submit button. This will send the Lead to Netcash via Webservice.
e) Click the Report button. This can be used to check if the Upload was Successful.
f) Click the Status button. This is used to track the process on the Netcash System.
