School Calendar

 

Depending on the Calendar Period that was selected (), the Left Arrow () and Right Arrow () can be used to move forward or backwards in the selected  time lines. E

 

Example: Should the user have selected the calendar period to be a Work week and the user Left Clicks on the Right Arrow () the calendar will advance one Work Week forward etc.

 

The user selects the Resource by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Resources that were defined will be displayed (Refer to Resources).

Example :

 

Select the applicable Resource by Left Clicking on it in the list.

 

 

There user can navigate the Resources by making user of the navigation bar (). The following options are available:

 

(i)        The Next resource in the list can be displayed by Left Clicking on the Next Button ().

(ii)       The Previous resource in the list can be displayed by Left Clicking on the Previous  Button ().

(iiii)      The Next Page of resources in the list can be displayed by Left Clicking on the Next Page Button ().

(iv)      The Previous Page of resource in the list can be displayed by Left Clicking on the Previous Page Button ().

(v)        The Last resource in the list can be displayed by Left Clicking on the Last  Button ().

(vi)       The Number of resources that are displayed on one calendar can be increased by Left Clicking on the Button ().

The user can make use of the Calendar to select specific Dates.
