Search Central Repository

Enter the desired text to search all available items where the entered text will be compared to the checked parameters.

Eg: Once text has been entered and the checkbox for "Title" is true, all titles will be searched with the text entered.

NB. Searching will only occur once the Search Button has been Left-Clicked.

Enter the desired ISBN-10 OR ISBN-13 values to attempt to search for a Media Item by that value.

Enter the desired Author text value to attempt to search for a Media Item by that value.

Enter the desired Author text value to attempt to search for a Media Item by that value.

Left-Click the CheckBox Icon to filter for results that are illustrated or non-illustrated respectively.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Select the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Enter/Adjust the desired value from the list to search for Media Items by that value.

Left-Click the Search Button to return all valid results for the filtering parameters entered in Bullets 1-12.

The Results will be shown in the Grid at Bullet 14.

By Grouping, Filtering and Sorting the Search Results - selection of desired titles can be eased.

Once at least one (1) Media Title has been selected by Left-Clicking the Checkbox Icon relevant to that record item, the selected Title(s) may be imported to the Institution's Library for usage.
