Sequence Numbers
Note:
There are only two reasons for changing the Sequence Numbers:
(1) When the Lurits Submissions are Opened for the First Time
(2) Should SITA inform the user that there was a problem with the upload and that the Sequence Numbers should be reset to a specific value. When the Lurits Submissions are Opened from SITA, the Initial Sequence Numbers for the different files are supplied.

File used to Upload all Relevant Learner Information for Learners that were Transferred from another Educational Institution who does not have a Lurits Number.
