Display Name

1. Display Name
 
Enter the Name of the Area (Areas are also known as Warehouses, Rooms, Stores, Offices).
 
The Display Name is a Required field ().The user is required to Enter a Display Name for the corresponding new Area. Should the user not Enter  a Display Name and attempt to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Responsible Person

Select an Item Category from the Drop Down List. A list of the Employees will be displayed.

External Code

3. External Code
The External Code is a Free-Field Code that allows Unique Identification when comparing this collection of records to another collection.
Primarily used for Import or Export.
The External Code is not required

Save/Cancel

4. Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the Areas is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
