Add Appointment

1. Add Appointment
 
Steps:
 
(i)      Select the applicable Day for the addition of a calendar item.
(ii)     Right Click on the time on the calendar when the event should be scheduled. When this is done the Add Appointment Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Appointment).

Go to Today

Should the user Left Click on this option the Calendar for Today is displayed.

Go to Date

Should the user want to view the calendar entries for a specific date, Left Click on this option. When this is done the page below will be displayed.
 
 
Enter the Specific Calendar Date.  Make use of the Date Picker to do this. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

Change View To

The user can select one of the following Display  options: (Refer to School Calendar)

Appointment / Event Intervals

6. Appointment / Event Intervals
 
When the Calendar is opened the appointment intervals are by default setup for 30 minute intervals. The user has the option to change this to any of the intervals above.
