Account Holder

Enter the name of the Account Holder.

Account Number

Enter the number of the Account.

Bank Name

Enter the name of the Bank of where the account is held.

Branch Code

Enter the Branch Code of the Bank of where the account is held.

Branch Name

Enter the Branch Name of the Bank of where the account is held.

Account Type

Select the Account Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Account Types will be displayed.

Amount

Enter the Amount that must be deducted when the debit order is run.

Action Day

Select the Action Day by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Account Types will be displayed.
 
The user can enter an Action Day (numeric value) or make use of the Increase / Decrease button () to enter an Action Day.
 
The Action Day is the day of the month on which the debit order must be run.

Save/Cancel

9. Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the Debit Order is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
