The user can make use of Variable Groups that were setup as a selection criteria for sending an Email. This is done by Left Clicking on the Variable Group Check Box to the Left of the Variable Group.
When the Variable Group has been selected the user Left Clicks on the Apply Filter Button ()(2). When this is done a list will be displayed of all persons that belong to the selected Variable Group. The user can then select all of these persons to receive an Email or make a selection from this list by Left Clicking on the Select Persons Box.
The user selectspersons that shouldreceive the Email from any of the four Groups of persons (). This is done by Left Clicking on any of the four tabs and then selectingpersonsfrom the specific tab by Left Clicking on the Select Persons Box (5). When the user has selected the persons that should receive the Email the selectionprocess is completed by Left Clicking on the OK Button (4). When this is done the Email Page will be displayed and all the selected persons, Email addresses, will be displayed in the TO Box.
