By Selecting the Employee/Educator from the list provided, a user account may be linked to a captured system entity (Employee or Educator) currently on the Institution's data. Thusly a user account can be privileged to the appropriate level similar to that of an Employee or Educator by LINKING the user account with the Employee/Educator Profile already captured for the Institution in question.

Approved

To approve the Link between System user and Personnel Profile to finally enable the user to access specific restricted Acamedic Data, the link must be Approved.
This is done by Left-Clicking the CheckBox once  2. Approved such that a tick is visible.

Save/Cancel

3. Save/Cancel
Once all required data has been entered the user may save the changes by left-clicking on the Save Icon or cancel the changes by clicking on the Cancel Icon.
