Add Examination Authority

 

The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Examination Authority. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

The Official Code for the Examination Authority is the Code that is supplied by the Department of Education. This is not a Compulsory field.

 

Enter particulars of the user that is creating the new entry.

 

Select the date when Examination Authority entry is created.

 

Enter particulars of the user that is Changing the new entry.

 

Select the date that the user is Changing the new entry.

 

Enter particulars of the user that is Deleting the entry.

 

Select the date that the user that is Deleting the new entry.

 

Select the Deleted Check Box should the Examination Authority entry be Deleted.

When all information has been entered the Examination Authority is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
