Language

1. Language
The Language is a Required field ().  The user selects the Language by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Languages will be displayed.
 
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Language by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Language it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the  Add Language Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Language). Should the user not enter a Language and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Is Preferred

2. Is Preferred
 
This is the Preferred   Home Language that will be used for communication. Should this be the Preferred Home  Language that should be used the user Left Clicks on the Check Box. When this is done a Check Mark ( ) will be displayed.

Save / Cancel

3. Save / Cancel
 
When all information has been entered the Language is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
