Select the Document Type from the available options in the Drop-Down List or Alternatively Add a New Document Type by Left-Clicking the Add Button .

Select the applicable Account from the available Accounts in the Drop-Down List.

Bank Description

Enter the Bank Description.

Transaction Description

Enter the Transaction Description.

Payment Type

5. Payment Type
Select the Payment Type from the available Types in the Drop-Down List or Alternatively Add a New Payment Type by Left-Clicking the Add Button .

Allocation Unit

6. Allocation Unit
Select the Payment Type from the available Types in the Drop-Down List.

Business Unit

7. Business Unit
Select the applicable Business Unit from the available Business Units in the Drop-Down List or Alternatively Add a New Business Unit by Left-Clicking the Add Button.

Save/Cancel

8. Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the Mapping is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
