Add Promotion Result

 

The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Promotion Result. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

The Alternative  Name for the Promotion Result is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Alternative Name . Should the user not enter a Alternative Display Name and attempts to Save () the information, the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

Note:  The Alternative Name is used for Reporting and Exporting purposes. On the Student Profile,

Academic Tab the user has the option to select the Use  Alternative Language. When this

option is selected the Alternative Name that was entered will be used for the Reporting and Exporting.

 

The Abbreviation for the Promotion Result is a Required field ().  Should the user not enter an Abbreviation and attempts to Save () the information, the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

selected the Alternative Abbreviation that was entered will be used for the Reporting and Exporting.

 

When all information has been entered the Promotion Result is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().

Enter the Official Code pertaining to the Promotion Result being added/altered as per Official Policy requirements.

Enter a Code such that this Promotion Result Record may be uniquely identified from an External Source.
