Add Setup Subjects & Marks
IMPORTANT: Only selected fields will be exported to be used in the mail merge templates. Thus, fields not selected will not be available for use in the mail merge report card templates.

Subject and Marks

1. Subject and Marks
 
All of the fields that are displayed can be included in the Mail Merge File that will be Exported. The Subjects and Marks Page is divided into three distinct areas:
 
(a) Subjects,
(b) Limits,
(c) Summary.
 
Fields are selected by Left Clicking on the Check Box to the Left of the Field Name.

 Subject  Fields are selected by Left Clicking on the Check Box to the Left of the Field Name.

Limits

3. Limits
The Limits that are entered should correspond to the maximum  number of subjects that were created for the specific  limit. A numeric value needs to be entered for the Limits.

Summary

4. Summary
Summary Fields are selected by Left Clicking on the Check Box to the Left of the Field Name.

Save / Cancel

5. Save / Cancel
When all information has been entered the Mail Merge Setup is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
