Member Type

1. Member Type
 
Select the Member Type.
The available Member Types are pre-defined.
Selecting the Member Type will filter and enable the Person to be selected.
Principal: If an Employee Member has an Appointment set as the Principal - the Principal will be available in the Person List.
CS Educator: Educators
Other Staff: Employees which are not Educators
Guardian: Guardians with Learners
Learner Representative: Learners
Co-Opted: Guardians without Learners (Adding a Guardian Profile without linking a learner will make that Profile available as Co-Opted)

Select the Person for the Membership.

Capacity

Select the Capacity of the Member on the Body.

Disability

Select a main Disability of the Member - if Applicable.

Date Elected

5. Date Elected
Select the Date Elected for the Member - the date which the Member was elected for the Body.

Status

Select the Status of the Member.
When adding new Members, leave the status as Active (selected).
If the Status Checkbox is de-selected, shown below, the Date Resigned will be required.
The Date Resigned is the date that the Member resigned from the Body.

Select the Education Level - if applicable.

Save/Cancel

8. Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the Membership is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
