Tertiary Subject

The Tertiary Subject is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter the Name of the Tertiary Subject . Should the user not enter a Country and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Subject

The Subject is a Required field ().  The user selects the Subject by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Subjects will be displayed.
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Subject by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new Job Subject it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Subject Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Subject). Should the user not enter a Subject and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Year

3. Year
 
Enter the year when this subject was passed. Should the user not enter a Year  and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Remarks

4. Remarks
 
The user can enter any remarks  pertaining to the Subject.

Save / Cancel

5. Save / Cancel
When all information has been entered the Tertiary Subject is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
