Add Transaction
 
While processing transactions on the Bank Reconciliation, a new feature was added to add new transactions on the fly for the following transactions:
1) Cheque Payment
2) Direct Payment
3) Petty Cash Payment
4) Direct Payment

Transaction Date

1. Transaction Date
Select the date on which the Transaction, which is being captured, occurred.

Posting Date

2. Posting Date
Select the date on which the Transaction, which is being captured, is to reflect on the Bank Reconcilliation.

Reference

3. Reference
Enter any reference information in this text box.

Transaction Type

4. Transaction Type
Select the according Transaction Type by selecting the corresponding Radio Button next to the Type label.

Account

Select the Account pertaining to this Transaction which is to be added to the Bank Reconcilliation.

Business Unit

6. Business Unit
Select the Business Unit pertaining to this Transaction which is to be added to the Bank Reconcilliation.

Description

7. Description
Enter the Transaction Description pertaining to this Transaction which is to be added to the Bank Reconcilliation.

Amount

8. Amount
Enter the Amount pertaining to this Transaction which is to be added to the Bank Reconcilliation.

Save/Cancel

9. Save/Cancel
When all information has been entered the Transaction is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
