Add Vulnerability

The Vulnerability is a Required field ().  The user selects the Vulnerability by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Vulnerabilities will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Vulnerability by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Vulnerability it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the  Add Vulnerability Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Vulnerability ). Should the user not enter an Vulnerability and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

The user selects the Support by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Support Types will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Support Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Support Type it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the  Add Support Type Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Support).

 

A student can have more than one Vulnerability. Should this be the Major Vulnerability of the student that should be used for reporting purposes, the user Left Clicks on the Check Box. When this is done a Check Mark ( ) will be displayed.

Enter any Remarks pertaining to the Vulnerability.

 

When all information has been entered the Vulnerability is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
