Change User Profile

 

After the user has Logged On successfully the User Name of the current System User is displayed (1). 

The user can make changes to the User Profile by moving the Mouse Cursor over the User Name (1). When this is done the information below is displayed.

 

The User Profile can be updated by Left Clicking on the option.

The User Password can be Changed by Left Clicking on the option. Refer to Change Password.            

 

 

System Defaults per user may be adjusted here such that it will ease the pre-selection of further working areas in the system.

Once the defaults have been chosen, they will be automatically used whenever the same selection is required before the user needs to re-select those options at respective screens.

The defaults may be adjusted at any time without limit.

 

 

Once the Default Values have been selected, the user may press the Ok Button () to save the changes or the Cancel Button () to disregard them.
