Copy from Previous Journal

 

Select a previous transaction from the drop down list (previous transaction numbers will be displayed in the drop down list).

 

The previous journal entries will then be displayed.

 

The copied legs will be displayed. All the fields can be changed by left clicking on a field and typing a new value.

 

 

Additional legs can be added by clicking on the green tick mark.

 

 

Remember to save or post the entries.
