Enter the Name of the School that the student Previously attended.

The user selects the Province by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Provinces will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Region by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Province it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Region Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Province).

 

Enter the Highest Grade that the student had passed at the Previous School.

 

Enter the Year that the student passed  Highest Grade at the Previous School.

The Promotion History needs to be captured when a Student is registered on the system for the first time. These fields will the for following years, automatically be updated by the system.

 

When the user have registered a new student and the information was saved and the page is reopened, these fields will not be editable (Fields will be Grayed out).

 

The user selects the Last Result by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Results will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Result by Left Clicking on it in the list.

 

Enter the Number of years that the student spent in the Grade. The user can enter the number from the Keyboard or can Left Click on the Increase / Decrease Buttons  ().

 

Enter the Number of years that the student spent in a Phase. The user can enter the number from the Keyboard or can Left Click on the Increase / Decrease Buttons  ().

 

The user selects the applicable option by Left Clicking on the Radio Button to the Left of the option (). When this is done the  Radio Button will change color () indicating that this option was selected.
