The Year Planner supports importing and exporting appointments using iCalendar (.ics) files.
 
This allows users to seamlessly integrate their Edupac calendar with other calendar applications, improving scheduling flexibility and interoperability.

Import Step
         
a)     Select the Resource.
b)     Select the file that needs to be imported (*.ics).
c)     Check the “Clear existing appointments before import”.
 
Note: Use with caution as this will delete all existing appointments already in your School Calendar!
 
d)     Select the Upload Button
e)     All Appointments from the ics file will be uploaded to the Selected Resource.
 
Export Steps:
 
a)     Select the Resource.
b)     Select the From Date.
c)     Select the To Date
d)     Select the Export Appointments Button
e)     All Appointments within the date range will be downloaded in an ics file for the Selected Resource.
