This screen allows Administrators or Portal Administrators to Manage User Accounts. The Administrator can check if User is linked to a School/Tenant. The Administrator can also unlock the user Account if a user has typed in incorrect password too many times.
Steps:
a) Search/Filter for the user by Username or ID Number.
b) Select the Edit button () to Unlock User.
c) Select the Expand button () to expand to the School/Tenant List.
