a) The institution must currently be making use of the Edupac Enterprise Edition.
b) The institution must have a Mobile Phone with Telegram Installed. (The Telegram Users will Add this number to their contacts on their Mobile Phone.)
d) All Guardians/Students/Employees Mobile Numbers need to be captured and UpToDate on Edupac.
e) Optional – Use Edupac Contact List to import VCARD’s onto Mobile Phone.

a) Mobile Phone with TelegramInstalled.
b) Add School Admins Mobile Number to Mobile Phone’s to Contacts. This is for security and automatically trusts the School Telegram Admin Device, when numbers are added to Channels.
