As soon as the Report Card is selected, an Argument Page will be displayed. The Argument Page is used to enterselection criteria which will be used to create the Report Card.
The user Left Clicks on the Drop Down List Box () to display the Different Options that are available for the specific Topic (). The user selects the applicable
Option by Left Clicking on it in the list.
Some of the Topics have selection criteria where the user Left Clicks on the Selection Check Box to select specific options. The Topic that is used as an example is the Phase. When the user Left Clicks on the Drop Down List Box () a List of Available Phases will be displayed. All Phases are by Default selected. Should the user want to select a specific Phase,all Phases are un-selected by Left Clicking on the Select All Check Box ().
When this is done all Check Marks will be removed. To select a Specific Phase - Left Click on the Check Box to the Left of the Phase.
Note: The Next Topic's List will be filteredaccording to the selections that were made.
For this Example Grade 7 is selected. As soon as the Grade is selected, the Class Topic List Box is populated with the list of Classes that were created for Grade 7. As can be seen two Classes were Created (). Once the Class/Classes is/are selected the Student Topic List Box will be populated with a List of Students that were allocated to the Selected Class/Classes.
The user needs to select the students for whom the Report Cards need to be created. Left Click the Student Drop Down List Box. When this is done the list of available
students for the above mentioned criteria will be displayed. The user selects the students by Left Clicking on the Selection Check Box to the Left of the Student. Should the user not select a student and continues to create the Report by Left Clicking on the View Report Button (), the system will give an indication that the user needs to select a student.
Notes: The User can for example be in Cycle 4 (Current Cycle) and then selectCycle 1, Cycle 2,
Cycle 3 and Cycle 4 to display on the Report Card.
The user selects the Cycles that must be displayed on the Report Card. The List of Available Cycles that were Defined for Term1 will be Displayed. For this Example, Cycle 1 is selected.
