Select the Merge Field that should be placed by Left Clicking on it

Left Click the Insert Button. When this is done the Merge Field will be added to the Word document.
 
Note:  It is useful to Select the Highlight Merge Fields Menu Option as the Inserted Merge Fields will
be Highlighted in Grey. this makes it easy to see the Merge Fields that were inserted.

Should the user want to Cancel the Insert Action, Left Click the Cancel Button.
