Absenteeism - Example

 

For setting up Filtering for Absenteeism Records, Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

 

For this Example a filter was created to display the Absent Count for Grade 4, Class 4W. The result for the filter that was setup was 5 records. This information can be exported to Excel to create an Absenteeism List Report for students in Grade 4, Class 4W or the information can be used for  further statistical calculations etc.
