The Report can Exported to three different formats (i) PDF (ii) Excel (iii) Word. In most cases the information will be Exported to Excel for further Calculations and Formatting. The Report can also be Printed.
The Student is a Required field (). The user selects the Student by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Students will be displayed. Select the applicable Student by Left Clicking on it in the list. The user can type in the a part of the Student Name / Surname. With each letter that is typed in the system will filter the Students in the list. Should the user not enter a Student Name / Surname and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
