Register for Exams

Left-Click this checkbox Icon if the Learner's record need to indicate that they are required to/have been registered for Official External Examination.

Examination Number

Enter the Learner's Examination Number.

Subject Sets

4. Subject Sets
Select from the available list of Subject Sets (Refer to Subject Sets.) to allocate that collection of Subjects to the Learner.

Field of Study

5. Field of Study
Select the according Field of Study Value from the list pertaining to this Learner.

Assessment Number

6. Assessment Number
Enter the Learner's Assessment Number.

Subject Level

7. Subject Level
Select the default Subject Level from the above list to default that Value of all Subjects Allocated to the Learner furthermore.

Preference School

8. Preference School
Select the according School Institution Name from the list to which the Learner would prefer to attend in future.

Use Alternative Language

9. Use Alternative Language
Left-Click the CheckBox selection icon to indicate whether the Learner receives educational curriculum and teaching in an Alternative Language.

Class Group

10. Class Group
By increasing or decreasing the values the according Class Group to which the learner is assigned may chosen.

Full Time

11. Full Time
Left-Click the CheckBox Icon to indicate whether the Learner attends Curriculum Based Education on a Full-Time Schedule or Part-Time respectively.

Report Card

12. Report Card
Should the user want to print a Report Card for the current selected Student it can be done by selecting the Report Card Button on the Academic Tab (AdministrationStudent Profile Student Details). All completed terms will be included on the Report Card.

Apply Changes

13. Apply Changes
Left-Clicking the Apply Button will alter the record and save all changes as currently viewed to the Learner's Profile.

General Toolbar

For Adding, Editing,  Removing, Filtering etc. of Absenteeism Records,  Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

Edit Subject

15. Edit Subject
Left Clicking on the Edit Button the user may alter the specific record's particuliars.

Select Subject

16. Select Subject
Selecting the indidividual subject, it may be Removed - Refer to the General Toolbar.
