Note:
The List Edit Page is used to do "Bulk" updates of records in an Excel like format.

Filter

For setting up Filtering for Records, Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

List Edit Mode

2. List Edit Mode
The List Edit Mode is initiated by Left Clicking on any one of the cells in the grid. Refer to List Edit Mode.

Preview Changes

3. Preview Changes
 
The system gives an indication of the number of records that have been Changed.
 
When the Preview Changes Button is selected a list of all of the records that have been Changed will be Displayed.
 
 
The user Returns to the Main List Edit screen by Selecting the Hide Preview Button.

Save Changes

4. Save Changes
 
All Changes that have been made is Saved by Selecting the Save Changes Button.

Cancel Changes

5. Cancel Changes
 
All Changes that have been made is Cancelled by Selecting the Cancel Changes Button.
