Subject

Enter a Subject for the Appointment.

Location

Enter a Location for the Appointment.

Start Time

Enter a Start Time for the Appointment.

Show Time as

Enter a Show Time as for the Appointment.

Resource

The user can select a different Resource by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Resources that were defined will be displayed (Refer to Resources).
 
Example :
 
Select the applicable Resource by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Label

Note: 
Each label is associated with a different color.
 
The user can select a Label by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Labels are displayed.

Select the applicable Label by Left Clicking on it in the list.

End Time

Enter an End Time for the Appointment.

All Day Event

Should this be an All Day Event, Left Click the All Day Event Check Box.

Reminder

Recurrence

10. Recurrence
 
Should this be a Recurring Appointment the user Left Clicks the Recurrence Check Box. When this is done the user has different options to select from for to setup the Recurrence.

Show on Portal

Not Applicable.

Save

When all information has been entered the Appointment is Saved by Left Clicking on the OK Button.

Cancel

Should the user want to Cancel the Add Appointment, Left Click on the Cancel Button.
