Add Attachments

 

Refer to Browse Attachment.

 

When the correct Attachment File has been selected the Upload Button becomes Active. The File is Uploaded by Left Clicking on the Upload Button ()

 

With each attachment that is loaded the Total Size is updated giving an indication of the Total File Size that has been uploaded.

When the Attachment has been uploaded successfully it will be displayed in the Attachment Window.

 

The user has the following options:

 

(i)     The Attachment File  can be Renamed. Select the Attachment File that should be Renamed by Left Clicking on the Attachment File. Left Click the Attachment Rename Icon  . When this is done the Attachment File can be Renamed.

 

(ii)     The Attachment File can be Deleted. Select the Attachment File that should be Deleted by Left Clicking on the Attachment File. Left Click the Deleted Attachment Icon . When this is done the Attachment File will be Deleted.

 

(iii)  The Attachment Window can be Refreshed should an Attachment File not be displayed. This is done by Left Clicking on the Refresh Icon .

 

(iv)  The Attachment File can be Downloaded . Select the Attachment File that should be Downloaded by Left Clicking on it. Left Click the Download  Icon  .
