Grade

 
1. Grade
The Grade is a Required field ().  The user selects the Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Grades will be displayed.
 
Example : 
 
Select the applicable Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Grade it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Grade Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Grades). Should the user not enter a Grade and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this compulsory information.

Display Name

2. Display Name
The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Class. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Code

3. Code
The Class  Code is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Code for the Student Class. Should the user not enter a Code and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Capacity

4. Capacity
 
The Class Capacity is used for reporting purposes. The numerical value may either be entered as text OR increased and decreased by Left Clicking the and Buttons respectively.

External Code

5. External Code
The External Code is a Free Field Code which allows the synchronization of Class Records with that of an external Control - either for Importing/Exporting purposes.

Save / Cancel

6. Save / Cancel
 
When all information has been entered the Class is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
