Add Promotion Condition

 

Note:  This is the Group of Subjects that is will be used for the Promotional Condition for Example Languages.

The Subject Group is a Required field ().  The user selects the Subject Group by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Subject Groups will be displayed. Should the user not Select a Subject Group and attempts to Save () the information, the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

Select the applicable Subject Group by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Subject Group, it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Subject Group Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Subject Group).

 

 

Note:  The either Minimum % per Subject or the Required Promotion Score or a Combination of the two can be used as a Promotional Condition.

 

 

 

Note:  The Required Promotional  Score can be added as an additional condition Requirement for the Promotional condition. The Count Field is used to test the condition.

 

Example : Should the user have entered a Required Promotional Score of 10 and the Count is set to 2 the system will rank all the subjects in the selected Subject Group and add the Scores that have been defined for the the top two Subjects. This Total Score will then be tested against the 10 that was defined. The total of the scores of the two top subjects should then be greater or equal to 10  (>=10) for this condition to be True.

 

 

Note:  The Count is the number of subjects in the Subject Group that will be used for the Promotional Condition.

 

 

 

When all information has been entered the Promotion Condition is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
