Note:The Alternative Name is used for Reporting and Exporting purposes. On the Student Profile,
Academic Tab the user has the option to select the Use Alternative Language. When this
option is selected the Alternative Name that was entered will be used for the Reporting and Exporting.
The Abbreviation for the Subject Group is a Required field (). Should the user not enter an Abbreviation and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Should the Subject Group be used as part of the Promotional process, Left Click the Is Promotion Check Box. When this is done the Check Box will display a Check mark ().
When all information has been entered, the Subject Group is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
