i.e.

Non Promotional Subjects

has an
option

choose
from (
usually Grade 10 to 12

is an
important
Group
in the sense that:
(i)
ALL
Subjects
that are to
display
a
Symbol
only
(
not
a
mark
or a
percentage
),
MUST
be
part
of
Group 4
.
(ii)
All Subjects
of
Grades 1 to 3
will also
typically
be part of
Group 4
as they will all
display symbols
only
on the
report cards
.
(iii)
Subjects
that are
part
of
Group 4
are
ignored
when
averages and totals
for the report card are
calculated
.
(iv)
Results
of
Group 4 Subjects
are
not
taken into account when
Year and Promotional Marks
are calculated.
